01Accounts

Browsing and searching card prices works without an account. Creating one — needed for a Vault, saved searches, or price alerts — requires a valid email address and a password you keep secure. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account, so don't share your login with anyone else.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

02Your Vault content

Everything you enter into your Vault — card details, prices, photos, saved searches — is yours. We store it so the app can show it back to you and power features like price alerts; we don't use it for anything beyond running the app, and we never sell it (see the Privacy Policy for the full detail).

Don't upload anything you don't have the right to upload, and don't upload anything illegal, abusive, or unrelated to trading cards. We can remove content or suspend an account that violates this.

03Card pricing data

Prices shown in PitchComps come from active eBay listings — what sellers are currently asking, not confirmed sale prices, and not an appraisal or valuation of your cards. Market data can be wrong, delayed, or missing entirely for a given card.

Nothing in this app is financial or investment advice. Buying, selling, or holding trading cards is a personal decision and carries real financial risk — PitchComps is a research tool, not a guarantee of what any card is actually worth or will sell for.

04eBay links & purchases

Tapping "View on eBay" takes you to eBay's own website, outside of PitchComps and subject to eBay's own terms and policies. Any purchase you make happens entirely between you and eBay (or the individual seller) — PitchComps is not a party to that transaction, doesn't process payment, and doesn't handle shipping, returns, or disputes.

As a member of the eBay Partner Network, PitchComps may earn a commission when a purchase follows a link from the app. This doesn't change the price you pay.

05Pro subscription & billing

PitchComps is free to use, with an optional paid "Pro" tier (unlimited Vault cards, unlimited saved searches) sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, whichever you subscribed through.

• Billing and renewal are handled entirely by Apple or Google — PitchComps never sees or stores your payment details.
• Cancel anytime through your Apple or Google account settings; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies, not directly by PitchComps.

06Acceptable use

Use PitchComps the way it's meant to be used. Don't:

• Try to access another user's account or data
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the app or its backend
• Use the app to scrape or resell the eBay listing data it displays
• Impersonate anyone or upload false card/pricing information intended to mislead other users

07Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account, which permanently removes your Vault, saved searches, and login — immediately, and this can't be undone.

We can suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

08Disclaimers & liability

PitchComps is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep pricing data and match data accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it's error-free, complete, or available at all times.

To the extent allowed by law, PitchComps isn't liable for financial decisions made based on data shown in the app, or for issues arising from a purchase made on eBay after following a link from the app.

09Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page, and note significant changes in the app.
